Mark Montgomery, CPA, CFA is the chief financial and risk officer at The American College of Financial Services and is a member of The College’s executive leadership team. In this role, he oversees accounting and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, procurement, treasury operations, investment management, enterprise risk management, and facilities.

Before joining The College and after an initial stint in public accounting, Montgomery spent close to 15 years at Citigroup in various progressive accounting and finance roles, serving most recently as senior vice president of their corporate treasury department. There, he managed intraday liquidity for the bank as well as investments, liquidity, and financial risk for several overseas investment holding companies.

Montgomery has been with The College since 2016. He received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Neumann University, holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University, and is an active CPA and CFA charter holder. He resides in Broomall, Pennsylvania with his wife Michelle and their three children.
