Dr. Barbara A. Alston, DBA, MBA, SHRM-CP is adjunct faculty for the Master of Science in Management-Leadership (MSM) graduate program at The American College of Financial Services. In addition to her 20+ years teaching graduate and undergraduate students, she has experience serving as chair and subject matter expert on various Doctoral committees.
Alston also provides HR certification exam preparation courses and HR consulting services for individuals & organizations through Aspire HR & Consulting, LLC. She is an experienced senior manager with 20+ years of leadership experience in the human capital management, financial services & business solutions sectors.
Alston holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and Human Resources as well as an MBA in Business Administration. She earned her Certification in Human Resources through SHRM in 2019.
