This course provides a foundation in portfolio and household investing theory and application. Our objective is to give you a deeper understanding of the unique aspects of developing portfolio strategies for individuals. It provides an introduction into the economics of investing, portfolio theory, behavioral finance, equity and fixed income instruments, financial products, optimal household portfolio, and tax efficient accumulation and decumulation strategies. Our goal is to give students a mastery of advanced personal investing strategies.
