Panos Leledakis is an insurance futurist and expert on the topics of millennials and Gen Z, digital transformation, the Metaverse and virtual reality (VR), internet marketing strategy, artificial intelligence (AI), and new cutting-edge technologies in the insurance industry.

Leledakis invented innovative software for insurance need analysis by implementing the science of risk management, AI, and extensive neuroscience research on risk perception and decision-making. The software received several innovation awards from organizations such as the MIT Enterprise Forum and the Chamber of Industrialists in Cyprus, as well as being recognized by several competitions that seek to bring attention to start-ups such as the global “Get in the Ring” competition. Leledakis was also recognized as one of the "Top 25 InsurTech CEOs of 2020" by Technology Innovators Media.

Leledakis holds 24 years of experience in the field as a top insurance consultant and manager. Additionally, he has experience as an international public speaker with hundreds of hours on stage.

Leledakis served as president of the Panhellenic Association of Insurance Consultants from 2015 to 2019. Currently, he is the president and CEO of IFAAcademy (International Financial Architects), an education and research organization with a focus on the global insurance market specializing in the education and training of insurance and financial consultants.
